freaking awesome weekend it was! gosh! i can't even begin to describe it. *smiles all around* the weekend started out early with the MOS Burger outing on friday at Novena Sq. awesome meal followed by bridge session with jk, nic and ja. needless to say, nic was losing his games more often than winning AND dragging his partner down in flames with him. i feel that sometimes it's pointless for him to even persist in playing bridge, because all he does is to make us damn hot that we want to slice him with the poker cards. *evil grin* had an awesome first game... strong spade suit. camwhoring of cos was involed in the night. since when hasn't it been?! and nic proved to be a lousy photographer. wahhahahhahha! jk is beginning to sound like nic, so ja and i are pretty worried for his sanity. please jk, don't turn out to be another turtle. heh.... so till the next outing with the guys.... 20th june!
saturday was another pretty rockin' session at touch. turn out was great; such that we had to be divided into 4 teams. it was awesome seeing lam again after SUCH a long time. glad that he's doing fine, although he seemed a little tired from what he has on his plate. imo, it's a pretty big plate (but correct me if i'm wrong). apparently i did quite well for touch, i just don't remember. i only remembered getting 'touched' on my right boob while 2 guys were trying to stop me. all part of the game i guess. following that, it was POOL PARTY TIME at joyce most awesome condo.
the initial plan of a barbie and pool party kinda regressed into a pool party w/o food. i highly suspect it was because we set a fee of 15 bucks, people didn't want to pay. then response not that good. (i don't know if you can tell, but i can't seem to get a flow with my words. bugger!) bought the food and drinks on the day itself. bubbles and yaya kindly contributed the most awesome sakura sake and soju (only when chilled) to the stash of booze. the guys bought soooooo many cans of beer. beer bellies much?!
we got chased out of the pool for wearing our sports stuff to swim. but WHO THE HELL CARES?! you guys moved soooo slowly. we had gotten enought prune time from the pool. woots!! wahahahah relegated back to the bbq pits, we spent the whole evening talking nonsense and making racists jokes. although i don't think it's racist if it was coming from the horse's mouth yah? funny shit. such a great way to spend time bonding and slacking the saturday away. to be honest, was pleasantly surprised that the guys showed up. thought it was only going to be the girls, aloy, seng and cupcake. AWESOME.
